Gary Lee Nipper of Felicity, Ohio, born July 31, 1978 to Cheryl and Bob Nipper, passes away April 28 2019.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Nipper.
Gary is survived by his mother Cheryl Nipper; his three sisters Jeannie Jackson, Melissa Wagers and Sheryl Nipper; one brother Bobby Nipper and his girlfriend Autumn Freeman.
He leaves behind eight children and thirteen nieces and nephews.
Gary was a fisherman who taught his nephew Brandon Wagers how to fish and Gary was a carpenter and mechanic by trade.
A memorial service will be held at the Nazarene Church of Felicity at 305 Light St. on Thursday, May 9 at 4:00 p.m.
