After submitting a public records request, The Brown County Press, News Democrat, and Ripley Bee (Champion Media) has obtained the Purchase and Sale Agreement (marked confidential) for the sale of the industrial mega-site in the Village of Mt. Orab. The PSA states that “the Property meets the criteria and requirements of Buyer for Buyer’s intended use of the Property as a data center and related improvements.”
