Stephanie Jane West, age 52 of Mt.Orab, Ohio died Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio. She worked for Huhtamaki in Batavia, Ohio, was a member of the Santee Sioux Nation and was a graduate of Northwest High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. Stephanie was born November 12, 1969 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Betty (Redleaf) Gilpin of Cincinnati, Ohio and the late Francis Gilpin.
Mrs. West is survived by her husband of 22 years, Rob West whom she married January 25, 1999; two children – Cody West and Megan West both of Mt.Orab, Ohio; two step-children – Robby West and wife Jill of Mt.Orab, Ohio and Kristin Stroh of Edgewood, Kentucky; one grandchild – Maverick West; four step-grandchildren – Kaileigh and Kingston Conover and Elin and Annelise West; one brother – Frank Gilpin; four sisters – Shannon Jones, Jolene Burns and husband Alex, Audrey Synder and husband Steve and Cindy Davidson and husband Brian and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 9, 2021 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Joe Strunk and Jeff Gilpin will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mt.Orab Cemetery in Mt.Orab, Ohio.
