Tom Leonard, mayor of the village of Ripley recently swore in its newest member to Village Council Alvin Wallace. Wallace is currently president/CEO of Surgical Skills, Inc., a medical surgical assistant provider. He said he looks forward to serving Ripley and bring growth and change to the village.
