Steven Ray Lang, 57, of Georgetown, OH, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2026 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on May 19, 1969 in Georgetown, OH to the late Richard Walter and Sandra (Newberry) Lang.
Steve enjoyed hunting, camping and playing cornhole. He loved watching his derby’s, tractor pulls, the Bengals and the Reds. He loved basketball as he had played throughout school. He also loved to travel when possible and sitting on the front porch. He loved his family dearly as well as his 3 fur babies.
In addition to his parents, he also was preceded in death by his grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
Steve is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Marla Lang; daughter, Megan (Jared) Young; 2 sons, Steven (Kristen) McRoberts, Taylor (Brittany) McRoberts; 3 grandchildren, Willow, Olivia, Wyatt; special great niece, Alaina; father and mother-in-law, Terry and Angie Jimison; 3 brothers, Terry (Des), Dick and Jeff; sister and brother-in-law, Joey and Maria Puckett, Ben Broyles and Beth Denny; special aunt Cindy and uncle Sam Bailey; special friends, Judy, Alley, Nicole, Tracy and Mark as well as numerous aunts, uncles and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM. Cremation will follow the services.
