Frank W. Kemmeter, Jr., age 62 of Ripley, Ohio, died Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman, Ohio. He was a factory worker. Mr. Kemmeter was born January 6, 1955 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Frank W. and Yvonne D. (Segondollar) Kemmeter.  He was also preceded in death by one sister – Karen Kemmeter and one brother – Larry Kemmeter.
Mr. Kemmeter is survived by two daughters – Melinda Hall of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Arlena Purdon of Ripley, Ohio; two grandchildren – Lexie Purdon and Isabella Hall, both of Mt. Orab, Ohio; his ex-wife – Naomi Kemmeter of Ripley, Ohio; four stepchildren – Jr. Donahue, Tanya Donahue, Angel Rinckey and Maria Carmack; nine step-grandchildren – Kylee Donahue, Nathaniel Donahue, Anna Donahue, Deena Donahue, Jordan Thacker, Austin Thacker, Naomi Rinckey, Mary Rinckey and Keith Carmack; two step-great-grandchildren – T.J. Formika and Theodore Blankenship; three sisters – Beverly Crawford of Florence, Kentucky, Linda Sandlin of Florence, Kentucky and Beckey Curtis of Ripley, Ohio; four brothers – Wally Kemmeter of Hamersville, Ohio, Mike Kemmeter of Ripley, Ohio, Terry Kemmeter of Ripley, Ohio and Jeff Kemmeter of Winchester, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Jamie Mitchell will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 10 at the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral service in Charter Oak Cemetery in Aberdeen, Ohio.
