Rick L Dye

Rick L. Dye age 59 of Hillsboro died Friday, February 24, 2017 at his home. He was born November 17, 1957 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of the late Donald Ray Dye and Marlene Carr Dye of Sardinia. Rick was a 1976 graduate of Lynchburg -Clay High School and a longtime employee of the Hanson Aggregates.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Kelly (Matt Schrupp) Dye of Lynchburg, Julie Dye of Mt. Orab, four grandchildren, Wyatt Kidwell, Aven, Conner and Emily Schrupp, seven siblings, Brenda (Roger) Ogden of Sardinia, Randy (Barbara) Dye of Sardinia, Larry (June) Dye of Sardinia, Sandy (Steve) McFarland of Hillsboro, Debbie Lewis of Hillsboro, Darin (Michelle) Dye of Lynchburg, Tricia (Mike) Rowlands of Sardinia and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 1st at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Rev. Tom Zile will officiate. Burial will follow in the Buford Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home.
